Doing the test is a straightforward process. You simply contact your nearest clinic (see clinic locations for you nearest clinic) and arrange a suitable time to do the test.

Come along to the clinic at the appointed time and a blood sample will be taken from you. This will then be sent the laboratory for testing.

Within 10 days the results will be sent back to the clinic where you did the test. They will contact you and arrange for you to come back in to the clinic to receive your results.

When you come back in to the clinic to receive your results, a Nutron Advanced representative will go through the results with you and explain to you in detail what they mean. They will provide you with a booklet called ‘Understanding your Test Results’ and they will explain the rotational diet to you.

Having gone through the test results with you and answered all of your questions, you will then arrange to come back to the clinic every week to weigh in and talk about how you are getting on. Any queries you have will be answered and any motivational support you need will be provided.
