Rice Apple and Carrot Bread
4 eggs (separated)
2 tbsp water or fresh juice
2 tbsp of brown rice flour
I mug of ground Almonds
2 tsp Baking Powder
1.5 mugs of grated carrot
1 apple finely diced
Half a cup of allowed seeds
Beat egg whites and leave aside. Beat yolks with warm water. Mix baking powder with rice flour and add carrot, apple, seeds and ground almonds. Fold in egg white and pour into lined tin.
Bake at 180o for 50-60 mins approx
